Now I think it is fair to say that she has made the role of Theodora her own, so much so that I am reluctant to hear anyone else take on the role, for fear of being disappointed. Her singing was vibrant, even toned, poised and at times technically astonishing, especially in her elegant trills and breathtaking sotto voce.
